CONEY SAUCE for HOT DOGS
All the ingredients I need for my recipe :
1&1/4 Lbs.- Hamburger
1- Large Onion
1/2- C. Sugar
1/2- C. Chili Powder
1/2- C. Ketchup
1&1/2- C. Water
STEPS : step by step!
1/ Chop Onion
2/ Mix Hamburger & Onion in skillet
3/ Brown Hamburger & Onion until Hamburger is done.
Drain.
4/ Put mixture back in skillet and add remaining ingredients.
5/ Simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
6/ Serve on Hot Dogs. serve and Enjoy!
Lastly, Can be frozen until ready to use
